Placing an order

By placing an order you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the Terms & Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, you should contact me before placing an order.

These Terms of Use and your use of my website are governed by English law. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.

This website and my Terms of Use have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law. The law of the nation in which you place the order or the country of origin of your company, business or residence does not apply unless it is the UK.

A contract between the customer and me for the supply of my services will only exist once an order has been accepted and confirmed by email. This does not affect your customer’s statutory rights.

I reserve the right to reject an order.

Unless I have notified you that I cannot accept your order or you have cancelled your order in accordance with my cancellation procedure, my acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between myself and you will take place when you have received the contracted service as outlined in the confirmation email you will receive upon placement of your order.

I may not accept your order without giving a reason and I may cancel an order if I suspect fraudulent activity or a violation of my Terms & Conditions or any other condition listed on this website and/or if I identify a pricing error was made in the provision of my quotation to you or when accepting your order.

If I am unable to complete your order following my order acknowledgement, I will contact you by telephone or email advising you of this.

If you require any help with your order, please contact me at chris@chris-shaw.
